ResolutionID: 202 Habit: I would like to change the portion size of the food I eat. I do not eat often but when I do decide to eat its in large portions of typical foods such as starches that arent healthy in large portions. I also have a habit od night time eating. I suffer from insomnia and so when my mind is racing in early a.m. I tend to eat in order to trick my mind and body that Im full as a result should be sleepy. Who: I dont have a buddy who could and would help with my habit. The only person that can help me is me. Measure: I have two ideas. One would be to keep track of my weight and the other would be to keep a food diary with detailed serving sizes and so on. I do feel this will be a task considering I have little time for anything extra to take care of but maybe instead of eating in the middle of the night I could work on my food diary.
